ICON Happy Living is a real estate apartments project with 424 flats occupied over 5 acres.

For marketing collateral of the project, I have designed this 20 pages brochure which gives the information of the project like elevation, amenities, specifications and floor plans.
300gsm used for cover and 220gsm for inner pages.
