As the name suggests client wanted to have design rising and they are more into building apartment project.
So taken “I” in “RISE” as apartments silhouette which are rising in size and to get that dramatic effect added rising sun behind.

As the client was in exclusive construction of houses and apartments. The logo was designed to represent the engineering and construction.

The logo is created with simple shapes and text in black color as this may be mostly used in the billboards, back lit boards, brochures and flyers.

This is the logo designed for the project to represent “Happy” from Happy Living. And as most buyers are from IT industry, I have taken the smiley to reflect the happiness.
