The client is residential house builder wanted to have simple straight forward logo but represent the positive, active and eco friendly.
So designed forward arrows with red orange and green to represent active honest and eco friendly nature.

Designed A3 tri-fold handout for this apartment project, which will distributed to the clients coming for the site visit.
Client wanted to have not so expensive handout with all the details of the project who walks in to the stall at public exhibitions / site. To stand out among the other brochures, used more of purple color (the color of project logo).

Book cab is car rental portal based out of Bangalore. Bookcab have had a website, but wanted to redesign with rich content and slim design. Also wanted to have responsive design.
As they have had the team of developers, my role was developing basic pages like Home, Result and Booking pages. I have developed this with HTML, CSS, Jquery around Bootstrap framework.

ICON Happy Living is a real estate apartments project with 424 flats occupied over 5 acres.
For marketing collateral of the project, I have designed this 20 pages brochure which gives the information of the project like elevation, amenities, specifications and floor plans.
300gsm used for cover and 220gsm for inner pages.
Sri Sri Balarka Logo

Sri Sri Balarka builders & developers are a real estate company based out of Bangalore.
The client wanted to have a home represented in the logo, so designed this logo with the basic geometric shapes semi-circle, triangle and square to represent the construction and the orange and red together form the first letter “B” in the name.
Altogether it looks like a home and a sun rising on top.
